What our fees do â and do not â include
Jupak fees cover consultancy work only: research, comparison, assessment, planning and guidance. They deliberately exclude third-party costs, which remain yours to commission directly:
- Not included: legal fees, notary and registry charges, property transfer taxes, surveys, mortgage arrangement costs or currency conversion charges.
- Payment terms: fixed-fee tiers are invoiced and settled before the work begins; tailored quotes are invoiced per agreed milestones.
- Cancellation: per our Terms & Cancellation Policy.
