1. Who We Are

These Terms govern the services provided by Jupak Limited (“Jupak”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16520232. Jupak Limited provides residential property buying consultancy services, including location and market research, property comparison and assessment, viewing support and purchase process guidance.

2. Scope of Services

The specific services, deliverables and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Our services are advisory: we research, compare, assess and guide. We do not buy, sell or broker property, and we do not provide regulated legal, financial, mortgage or tax advice. You remain responsible for obtaining such advice from licensed professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are fixed per engagement as quoted (£75 Discovery Consultation, £185 Location & Market Report, £395 Full Buying Journey, or Tailored Support from £600, unless otherwise agreed in writing) and are payable in advance. Fees cover the agreed scope only; additional work is quoted separately. All fees are stated in pounds sterling.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before its scheduled time for a full refund. Where research work has commenced, fees for the work completed to date are retained and any balance is refunded. Digital deliverables already issued are not refundable.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We provide information, analysis and recommendations with professional care, but property markets change and individual circumstances vary. We do not guarantee that any property will meet your expectations, that purchase prices will not change, or that any transaction will complete. Our reports and assessments are based on information reasonably available at the time of preparation.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your requirements and financial position, to review deliverables promptly, and to make your own final decisions. Any purchase contract you enter into is solely between you and the relevant seller and their professionals.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jupak Limited’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunity, financing costs or changes in property values.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
