This Privacy Policy explains how Jupak Limited (“Jupak”, “we”, “us”), company number 16520232, registered in England and Wales, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use our website or engage our residential property buying consultancy services. Jupak Limited is the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you contact us or book a consultation we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you choose to share about your property requirements and budget. If you become a client, we may collect further documents needed to deliver the agreed scope. Our website may also collect standard technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) through cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, communicate about your engagement, keep business and tax records, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with sellers, agents or third parties for marketing purposes.
